Q:Promoter sold me Salable 12000 Sqft community hall site on 2005 which land is not gift deed to local bodies. DTCP provided NOC to sell. Panchayat provided NOC to sell. Land Tax paid to Panchayat, Patta available. Its been almost 15 years, unable to sell. Is there any legal way to convert Community hall plot into Residential plot, Could anyone advise on this?
