The price per sq ft would be around Rs 5,400. The area is around 525 sq ft for 1 bhk , for 2bhk is round 1010 sq ft, 3bhk is around 1750 . If you are planning to buy, you will get more details when you go for a site visit.
When is the expected possession date ? What was the lauching price ? Which all units are available currently ? How is the approachability of the project ?
The expecetd possession is around December 2014. The lauching price was around Rs 2,850. The Project is located in Sector- 78. Heard that it has good connectivity also.
The Hyde Park is strategically just 2.5 km from Metro Station, 7 km from sec-18 Market, 2 km from FNG, 1.5 km from Sector 50, 3 km from Sai Dham and Proposed Metro Stations & SEZ are close top the locality.
