Voterid, UID, Electoral list ?

Q: Few questions if anybody can help to provide some more information/updates.
1. Applied for UID couple of months back but cards have not yet come for any applicant out of three. On website, status shows as "aadhar id is under generation" for 2 applications, while for 3rd, id is created and I have received from web.

2. Applied for voterid more than 3-4 months back but nothing received so far. Plan to apply again through web. Which of the below website should be used?

What should be my selection for Purva Panorama, Kalena Agrahara, BG Road address -
District -? (Bangalore or Bangalore Rural)
AC (Assembly Constituency) - ?
Ward No/Name - ? (Gottigere, Arakere)
3. I heard that to vote, it is not enough to have vote-id card but name should be added into electoral roll/list of local ward. We have to apply for that separately in local ward/department. Any idea?
