GM Palya is a nice locality and very close to the BEML hospital, BEML quarters and Sishya Public School. It is a very calm locality located 1 km from the main road but has all the required amenities. The locality is also near to work and school place, metro station, railway station, back gate of Bagmane Tech Park and back of BEML Factory, near to Whitefield and Old Airport Road.

The only advantage of Jagdishnagar is that the area is surrounded by well known residential areas like Tippasandra and Indiranagar. Therefore access to schools, clinics, stores and market is good. ha ha ha

The disadvantages of this locality are no drinking water is supplied by municipal corporation, very narrow for which there is traffic congestion, no proper street lights, infrastructure planning is completely missing, as this is a private layout and last but not the least the area is surrounded by slums. I do not think it is a good idea to invest in this area as you cannot except appreciation in short period.

G M Palya is very good located to live for with lots of greenery around near by Baghmane Tech Park and well connected to all important places. So if you are investing in this area you can expect good appreciation after 2-3 years.

G M Palya is a good locality for investment purpose as well as for self use as the areais well connected with main areas like Indira Nagar, JB Nagar and IT Corridor - Marthahalli and metro 2 kms, Hal Airport 2 kms, KR Puram Railway Station 3 kms. Within 1 kms there are very good schools, hospitals in easy reach
