Q:Our building is nearly 15 years old and the body (HAL Sanitary board) that approved our plan went defunct and is being taken over by BBMP. The building approval plan that we have is old and has crossed validity. We would like to get a new building approval plan so that we can keep it for our records, get loans as well as renovate any section of the building if necessary. Please let us know the process to do this or any leads that can help

It is a very calm locality located 1 km from the main road but has all the required amenities.
