Very very bad place for investment as well as for end users…. kindly wait for 10 years , if you want to invest particularly in these areas!!!! Wake up people there are much better place to live !!!! Do not break in areas which will take 10 years to grows…..there are good options like Bhiwadi, Sonipat!!! do not break your head in here :P

Greater Noida Authority allotted plots and independent houses in Sector 02 and Sector 03 of Greater Noida (so called Noida Extension) in 2008 and 2009. Roughly, there are about 5000 such plots/independent houses. After this, authority allotted group housing plots to builders and there are 3,50,000 flats to be constructed in noida extension area.

And yes, you can stay in that place, but you have wait till the infra of the place is developed. I have also heard that Government is coming with commercial places,.. all this things are planned.

True, in sector 3 there are no educational institute but within few kilometers , you have Sarvottam College in Tech Zone 4,,,and few more in Knowledge Park. But all these development will take place after 4-7 years,,.... for now,.. its a barren land..

What is the price structure of area?? Is it low or affordable..

Hi, I have checked the price trend of this sector . To be specific kindly go through this datas:

July 2013 : Rs 3200 per sq ft

Aug 2013 : Rs 3150 per sq ft

Sep 2013 : Rs 3100 per sq ft.

The price is really high compared to other sectors…

Why will anyone want to invest in here, when there is no development going on?? Why will i not invest my money in bank or some other area of NCR?? This is a flop place …. in all aspects… be it metro or livability or safety.

Hi, right now, the existing metro station close to Greater Noida West is will get two extensions, one to Sector 62 near National Highway 24 and the other till the Knowledge Park IV in Greater Noida.

Guys this is almost like a village, roads are bad and not yet properly developed.So, as in locality it is not ready for end use. The place needs to get cleaned up. So with family immediately moving is not a great Idea.

Heylo the sector is connected with Noida Greater Noida Link road, NH 24 . You have a link road on the other side of the sector which connects with NH 24 and goes till Gaur City. The Noida Greater Noida Link road also connects to NH91, which will help the people to travel to Ghazaibad and all.. Hence i see a good connectivity in this sector.

hahaha, guys you talking about Noida Extension sector 3… which is a village and you want metro??? No people this area is a developing one…. hence metro is duur ka question… first the place should be livable enough...
