Hi Ramani, the construction is going on. The expected possession date will be by December 2013. Currently only 5 villas are left i.e..east facing one. The total price is around Rs 95 lakhs for 1500 to 1700 sq ft.

I think in this project there are ranges of Villas which include 2 BHK, 3 BHK & 4 BHK.Can you tell me what is the price per sq ft ? Which all banks are providing loans ?

Hey Rameswari, the price per sq ft will be around Rs 4,600. All most all banks have approval for home loans. Currently they are giving discounts also. So If you are planning to buy, you can book it soon.
