He started Whitepearl in June 2011 and promised to complete by September 2012. He still not able to finish all the jobs and promises which he made. I purchased flat from him and now suffering.

But road is the problem , current road is not good and some issues are going on with current road . The road which they mentioned in the plan(joining to VIMS , outer ring road) is never going to happen . If current road issues are not there it is good to opt this .
