Mayfair Residences if a low rise apartment with just G+4 floors and will offer apartments in 2 & 3 BHK configurations

Unishire Group is going to launch a new residential apartment project called “The Weave”. The project located off Thanisandra Main Road is spread across 2.5 acres of land and offers 182 apartments in 2 and 3 configurations across four towers of G+3, G+6, G+6 and G+12 floors. The price of the apartment ranges from Rs 55 lakhs and Rs 79 lakhs.

My colleague recently mentioned her interest in booking a 3 BHK flat in Woods, a premium residential project by BREN (formerly the SJR Group), based off Hosur Road. The project has luxury amenities, and is close to Electronics City. It also supposedly is surrounded by palm trees (hence the name). A 2 BHK flat starts at around Rs. 40 lakhs and a 3 BHK one starts at around Rs. 50 lakhs.
