As far as i know the booking has already started and i do not think it will be a big deal for builder to get the pending approvals. Samruddhi Group has repeatedly made its mark in high quality residential property development in Bangalore

The project is located at Kogilu, 2 kms from Yelahanka and 8kms from Thanisandra. The project will have 2 and 3 bhk apartments and it will have 148 number of units. It project will have G+ 11 Floors. The expected possession date is by 2015 end.
