Q: Hi people, i have heard that Bandra is the upcoming realty destination for the investors??Can any one brief me about the pros and cons of the area..
I would like to be specific about few things that, the scenario was different , the eastern part of mumbai was emerging as the fastest residential zone. But the present scenario if different. There is tremendous redevelopment opportunity in Bandra east. Moreover, the commercial investment is more in this area now... like commercial complexes and offices spaces have more demand than the residential units. Although there are still scope for the eastern side to develop as a residential hub.
True the new story came up after the decision of redevelopment of the staff quarters ... See there is no doubt that Bandra is the new hub of Mumbai in both, the commercial as well as residential segment. Now the highlighting point is Bandra east will soon witness a large-scale developments such as the 105-acre government staff quarters. This is a redevelopment project which will change the face of Bandra.....
But i have issue that, Mumbai suburbs are almost at saturation point when we speak about social infra and open spaces are concerned. Then how come new projects will come up?????
Hi, see my frnd,,, road connectivity and open spaces reserved for recreation and according to the town planning of Bandra east there are lot of scope for further development of residential as well as commercial properties in Bandra..According experts , upcoming luxurious residential projects will further change entire look of Bandra.
See, Mr Kumar Bandra is basically the fashion capital Mumbai.... the social infra of the area is very good and posh !! It is known as the suburb for film-stars and entrepreneurs. There are many l colleges, multiplexes, restaurants, high-end boutiques, designer jewelry showrooms, 5-star hotels, convention and exhibition centres. So any new projects or existing villas cost bomb , due to the locality and approachability..
Firstly i would discuss that, Bandra is one of the most expensive and glamorous locations in the suburbs. The location has advantage that its is located near south Mumbai. This draws the maximum investors and buyers...
There are areas like Pali Hill, Carter Road and Bandstand which are very posh and as well very famous for different kind of reasons... like restaurants and Page 3 crowd. :P.. when we talk about realty investment, this area ranks in the top among the highest prices trend localities.
