I want to know what will be the real estate aspect or which are the sectors that will be benefited due to this road!

See Raj, this road will have only one exit at Sector 31/25 crossing. Hence sectors like 25, 22, 12, 11 and 10 from Sector 18 will have a boost in their demand. More the demand , more the price... hence real estate sector in Noida is expected to grow in a better way and very fast...

Hi, as per my idea.... this will be a six-lane 10.5m-wide elevated road. It will start from Vishwa Bharti Public School in Sector 28 and end at Flex Crossing near the Sector 61/58 roundabout. The budget of this project is Rs 500 crore.

According to the news that came out..this elevated road will be beneficial for thousands of commuters who face long traffic, especially during peak hours. People living in Sectors 30, 27, 26, 25, 31, 33, 23, 52, 58 and 61, among others, will benefit the most.

Hi, Mr Singh , yes this is a new project and the first ever 4.8km-long elevated road that will ensure signal-free ride.And in future this will be one of the busiest roads that is Master Plan Road-II. Hoping to have a better connectivity now.
