True if we compare the connectivity also, Sector 79 is on the upper end. It is just 3 mins drive from FNG Corridor. Whereas sector 118 has hardly any internal roads and well developed social structure... i vote for Sector 79....
Looking at the discussion i would like to say why sector 79 is more in demand. In real estate value Sector 79 near city centre, builders deals with the basic services and try to make the investors most comfortable in having the best deal in best value. Whereas Sector 118 you have go a bit inn. You have to put across about your views about any particular location, area or place which you wish to possess in Noida.
Noida is hot spot for investment. If not now sector 118 will grow within 10 years. So if anyone interested in long term investment can go for this.
This is a very direct question my frnd. If you wana invest especially for new property kindly go for Sector 79.. this is much refined, well developed infra great connectivity and also assured future returns . Whereas , Sector 118 has no review... hardly any developers are coming for investment in this area.
