Q: Hi Everyone!!! Yemalur road is quite in a talk these days. Can anyone tell me is the area good for staying or for end use?

Is Sobha Concordia and Sobha Palladian the same project?

Yes it is the same project... Sobha has renamed Concordia to Sobha Palladian. ISobha Concordia is a joint venture with SUN-AREA property partners (SUN-Apollo Real Estate Fund). SUN-AREA property partners is going to invest around Rs 50 crore and an equal amount will be invested by the developer.

The price per sqft the builder is quoting is Rs 8500 on wards. The expected possessionn date will be by November 2016.

The locality seems to be good but I would like to know if the market is saturated there. Is the area good for invest purpose?

For staying as well as from investment point of view the area is very good and you can expect good returns in future because the area is well connected to major parts of the city and IT Hubs. So people who are working in RMZ infinity or Bagame Tech Park perfer to stay in this area which has good conectivity and basic amenities. From long time the area was a deserted land but suddenly mant projects started coming up in that road

Hi Sachin, Yemalur road is a very nice and well developed locality to live for. Yemalur is also very well connect to all the other parts of Bangalore through Wind Tunnel road, Old airport Road and ORR. Prestige Tech Park, Logica and Deloite are situated on Yemalur road, EGL and business parks in ORR is just 3 kms, RMZ Infinity and Bagmane Tech Park are within 6 to 7 kms radius from the projects in Yemalur road. Schools, Total Mall, hotels and restaurants like Pizza Hut, Leela Palace are in close proximity Hospitals like Manipal Hospital and Cloud 9 are located within a radius of 4 kms. So people working in near by offices perfer to stay in an area which has good conectivity and basic amenities. So you if are buying a property you can expect good returns in the coming days. Vaswani Whispering Palms and Emerald Park, Rohan Jharoka Phase I are the completed projects by reputed builders.
