Guys thanx for the suggestion but till date no news about the project launch of Ats allure so a bit apprehensive. has anybody any idea about it

See, when we speak about price, ATS is Rs 2850/sq ft whereas Jaura Prime Boulevard is Rs 3700. per sq ft.. so in price also.. i gues ATS can beat the later project.

But people ATS has a less re sale value... how about that?? which will give me more future returns??

See Suhail, ATS is a safe project and this will give you good returns just because of the fact that, the area is in demand and due to the Yamuna Expressway the future returns will be double....

Hi Shruti, Jaura Prime Boulevard is a upcoming project and as per the brokers, the launching price is near about Rs 3700. This will be a free hold property whereas in Noida almost all projects are lease hold...Where as ATS Allure Yamuna Expressway is just launched project without any issues of free hold or lease hold. I guess ATS is a reputed builder and to go with that is much more better and safe.
