Sector 151 or Noida Expressway

Q: Hi, which one is better for investment purpose? Sector 151 Noida or Noida Expressway.

Hi, in this sector there are only two projects,. Jaypee Green Aman. Jaypree Greens Aman II..the price range lies between, Rs 35 lac to Rs 65 Lac.

See, if we speak about Nodia Expressway price would be stagnant for at least a year and a half post which it could rise at 5-7%. Hence, 5.5K+ by 2016 assuming NE opens this year.

I think both the areas are good enough for investment... because both enjoy the same infra and social development . Moreover this stretch combines of many sectors hence i do not think it will be problem to choose between the duo.

What is the price trend of the sector 151 Noida???Is it on the higher side?

According to my knowledge, the ongoing residential values in this Sector are from Rs 30 lakh up to Rs 2 crore.

See i can give you answers for why to invest in Sector 151 Noida, because of the presence of commercial, special economic zone surrounding with low density area. Also the metro route is close by. Sector 151 is also easily accessible from Delhi, Faridabad, Greater Noida AND Sports City. Hence i guess the connectivity is good enough for the sector to rise.

Yes, the area is covered by reputed builders like Jaypee, Logix, Shubhkamna, Antriksh Developers and new builder, Brys . They already have launched their projects in the sector.

Hi, the major reason for increasing demand for properties on the Noida is because of the presence of Noida Expressway. Sectors along the expressway like Sector 94, 95, 96, 97, 100, 101, 110, 107, 137, 142, 143, 150, 151, and 168 are exhibiting huge potential for strong and sustained growth for all segments of the real estate. Hence, this whole stretch combines of good investment circle.

I heard that Noida Authority has planned many infrastructure development projects in this region which would further increase the real estate scope in this place. But may i know how much is the locality developed??? Is it livable??
