Hi, Sunil i think the possession of the project is expected to be in 2014 Oct. Till now there is no delay news.... But i would like to suggest you that, keep a 6 months in your hand as grace period....

Yes, i have had a word with the sales executive they have confirmed that, HDFC, Corporation bank have approved the project, you can take 80 % home loan from them....

Hi, Shruti, the project is almost sold out , are you looking for resale units??They have closed the booking at Rs 5000 per sq ft. For resale i think there is an availability of 1250 sq ft 3 BHK and they are quoting Rs 58 lac.
