Moreover in the absence of the actual payments details made by builder, we must protest the payment following items like which are not also part of the agreement signed by us –

1. Additional work for laying of infrastructure for IGL pipeline ( Rs 23,000/-)
2. Covering of Fire pipes ( Rs 5,100/- )
3. Upgradation charges for lift facia and wall cladding in lift lobby ( 10,000/-)
4. Upgradation Charges for doing mirror polish in place of ordinary polish on staircase ( Rs 5,000/-)
5. Misc. charges towards connection & coordination ( Rs 20,000)
6. RO in kitchen, Golf cart and Communication System ( Rs 22,400/-)

It may also be noted that builder has on one hand provided two stairs ( big size) while the lifts provided in all the towers are too small to even stand. The basic purpose is to increase super area at the minimum construction cost.
While I have deposited most of the FDN amount under protest builder is not giving possession for interest payment of 35K only.

The developer is not at all replying to the customer letters/queries and personal visits.
1.The builder is not giving any breakup of the super area (including carpet area, Buildup area, common area and its detailed calculations) even after repeated letters/personal visits to their office. It may be noted that we have made payment as per the Super area and hence we, as a consumer, have all the rights to know the breakup / calculation for this super area. I am protesting the demand for the cost of additional super area in the absence of proper information provided by them.
2. It may be noted that builder is charging very high interest payment @ 24% on delayed payments whereas is paying Rs5/- per sqft per month which comes to around 2% per annum on the investment made. In my case for a delay of 36 days builder is charging 75K while for his 3 year delay paying compensation of only 175K which is not fare.
