@Jackie : Hey the wtaer supply supply is good such as they have water purifiyer, Corporation, Bore-wells. It is located on Wakad-Baner Link road. Its close to Hinjewadi Infotech Park & Pune-Mumbai Expressway. Proximity to Aundh a well developed social & entertainment hub. The location is quiet good..you can make a visit to the site and decide.

This project was launched just 3 months back and the launching price is the same as the pre launch price. The possession date will be by April 2016.

Which all banks have tie up with this project as I m planning to take half the amount as loan ??

Some of the banks such as HDFC, SBI, Axis bank, ICICI banks...i.e almost all leading financial institutions have approval for home loans in this project.

@Venugopalan : The price per sq ft is Rs 6,000. It is prelaunch offer so the price will be increased once the pre launch offer is over.

@Venugopalan : Yes this project is approved by PMC..So far I dint heard any bad review about this project. Hey I think currently they are not giving any discounts since it is in prelaunch stage. If you are planning to buy, I think you should check out right now.

Hi Puranik, as far as I know 24K Jazz offers branded ultra luxurious 2 and 3 BHK apartments. This project includes 2bhk and 3bhk. The size for 2bhk is around Rs 89 lakhs for 1233 sq ft and for 3bhk is Rs 1.13 crore for 1604 sq ft.
