Builder seems not honest as he is not doing any construction. It may take another 4-5 years or may scrap the project. Be Aware!!

Hey Wahi hmmm i guess you can take around 80 percent of home loan.As per as my knowledge all leading banks have approved the project ...

Hi, Arvind as per the sales executive brief me the possession of the project is in 2014 end . You can take a grace period of six months to be on the safe side.

Aims Group has launched yet Aims Golf Avenue 1 in Noida. There are many other projects my the builder in Noida and other NCR areas. Aims Golf Avenue I is located in Sector-75. The price they are quoting is Rs 7020 per sq ft all inclusive...
