How much is the total land area? What is the number of units, floor and blocks coming up in this area?

The project is spread over 378100 Sq.feet land area. There will be 609 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments. There will be 5 block and it is a S+7 floors structure.

@Priotosh : This project includes 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 26 - 48.17 lakhs for 614-1175 sq ft. For 3bhk it will be Rs 55.35 - 60.31 lakhs for 1350 - 1471 sq ft.

@Priotosh : The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 4,100. Yes the project is approved by CMDA. Yes there are resale properties available in this project.

Hi Priya, Akshaya among the ongoing projects of Akshaya Homes designed with 8 Blocks and 600 residences. It is located in Kovar. Currently the foundation is going one, the nearest landmark will be Madha Medical College which is very near to the project.
