Rs.3 Maintenance Per Sq Ft!!!

Q: For 1280 Sq Ft (saleable area) I have to pay Rs.3840 Per Month. Rs.46,000 Per Year.

So, during 20 years of loan period I end up paying Rs.9,22,000 for maintenance alone.

is it worth?

Note: Other builders charge only Rs.2 Per Sq Ft

All daily basic amenities like school, college, banks & hospitals are nearby. Builder quoted price is around 3850/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around April 2015.

Yes I agreed with you, Guduvancherry is about to be a residential hub. From connectivity point of view, this is a best locality. Though rental appreciation may not be good. But capital appreciation will be good. This project is good for end use.

Hello Jayaraj, In new flat the maintenance charge is less, but if its old flat the maintenance charge will be more. So there are many other flats where you can get Rs 2 per sq ft maintenance charge. Also the charges incraese and decrease, depends upon the facilities.
