Try checking out The Era in Kandivali East or Gaurav Discovery in Malad West. Both project are by the Ravi Group. They offer all the amenities you are asking for. We have booked one in Gaurav Discovery and they are giving real good amenities. The quality of flooring is excellent and the electrical fitting are also good. Bathrooms are neatly done. I have two sons; both are excited about the swimming pool and play area available in the project. I particularly liked the layout of the flat which gives you ample sunlight, while my husband was happy with the fitness center. So, there is something for everyone in the family.
