Looking for updates on the project Samskruti Maurya, at Jigani, Bangalore.

Q: We have booked a villa there and unable to get any updates regarding it. We were told last that the plot allocation will start from Aug and have not heard anything from them after that. If any of you could get in touch with the team and has any updates, pls share with me. Their site says that work will start from Nov 1st week but I have not heard from them about it. Pls help.

They clearly do not communicate with their customers. Extremely irresponsible bunch of Sales/Marketing. They have Great and Extreme ideas but WORST executors. If milk is they need of the hour, their plan is to build a dairy network across the world, link it with home network and order it with a voice based command within your home. They will import Google self driven cars so that any body can go and fetch it from the nearby road. By this time 6 years is gone and now their is plan is to set up a auto transport mechanism from the store directly into your kitchen so that you can you can buy other things as well. So now the project is delayed by another 6 years. Real bunch of JOKERS !!!!

Sorry for the late reply. I am now posting it for the benefit of others.

I was one of those unfortunate ones who booked in Maurya 3 years back and was still waiting for the project to start. These guys make some wonderful homes but ONLY in their free time. Samskruti Maurya was launched some 6/7 years back and still they are thinking on it.

Any updates on this property (Samskruti Maurya, at Jigani, Bangalore)? Saw on their web site that the possession date is now pushed to December 2015!! Anyone who has booked here, pls respond!

They said that a villa with 2836 sqft built up will cost me Rs 1.26 cr approx.

Hey Shimmy, I am also planning to book a flat in this project and the marketing guy told me that they are going to start the construction by next week. Its better to call the builder or visit the site for latest update about the project.

But to my knowledge it is a villa property. And the builders have been giving us dates in the past which they never stick to. So not sure of their promises now:( what are the rates at this point of time?
