Material used in construction in cheap. Lack of proper low level design & planning. Maintenance cost is higher side compare to other equivalent projects. approx 2.5 rs/sqf + 15% service tax . + 1000+15% tax for using basic amenities like gym. 200/month for intercom,only limited vendor options for internet and DTH, 300 for flat transfer, 20000 for shifting house hold using lifts .. means miscellaneous unacceptable expenses. You have to pay for many things usually which are onetime investment .
Hmmm Pramela, yes as per the brokers the project has good future returns, that is due to the connectivity and brand. The launching price was Rs 2094 per sq ft. and now it is Rs 5250 per sq ft.
Sure Pranjal, banks like HDFC and Axis have approved the project and you can take home loan from them. They are allowing 80 percent of home loan! Have word with the sales executive and they will guide u through the payment schedule!
