Hey gus can you tell me which all banks have approvals ? Are they quoting any discounts or negotiations ?

@Joydeep : Banks such as HDFC, Axis bank, ICICI bank have approvals for home loans. No the prices are fixed, so I don't think so they will negotiate.

@Joydeep : The expected completion date will be by april 2016, and the nearest landmark would be Rohan Parang which is just opposite to this project. It is located in Wakad, Pune.

@Sunill : Units such as 2bhk and 3bhk is available. Yes the project is approved by PCMC. The project is still under construction. Which unit are you planning to buy ?
