When can I expect the completion date ? Are they quoting any discounts or negotiations ?

The expected completion date will be by feb 2014. The prices are fixed so there wont be any negotiations.

@Supratim : The units such as 2bhk and 3bhk are there. The price for 2bhk will be Rs 49.30 lakhs for 1150-1340 sq ft and for 3bhk it will be Rs 66 lakhs for 1400 - 1670 sq ft ?

As far as I know this project was launched 1 year back and the current price per sq ft is around Rs 3,499.

@Supratim : The project is approved by GHMC, and the it is located in Miyapur. The nearest landmark would be RS Brothers showroom which is just 1 km from the project.
