Hello all investors, we have completed 4 schemes successful at Dholera and thankful to all for this achievement. Keep away from the fake reviews that its a long term investment as you all know.
Check google reviews of Dholera Metro City, more than half of reviews are submitted by employees and friends of Dholera Metro City. Ask for facilities like clean water, sewer etc you will get the answer who is fake. Look at above statement "Long Term Investment" this mean you make "Dholera Metro City" rich and wait for long long time to get back your investment. I booked plots with Dholera Metro City in 2014, it is close to 5 years, I can not get investment back. It would have been much better keeping my money in Bank. Dholera Metro City is only able to sell plots because of installments otherwise they also don't have many buyers.
There is no resale value of land sold by this company, they misguiding people stating their plots are in Dholera SIR, whereas their plots are in villages outside Dholera SIR. Their project is not governed by Gujarat RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Act), neither they have any infrastructure at or near the project which is being developed inside Dholera SIR. For Human waste you have dig big tank as done in villages. It is far from Water, Sewer, transportable, electricity, train, bus, internet, waste water treatment, solid waste treatment etc is being developed. Just are actually buying bare land at village with hardly any facility and no resale value. You are dumping your money in well and they are making crores at cost of your hard earned money. They bought land for just couple of lakhs per Biga and selling for about Rs 5000 per square yard super area which is about Rs 7500 per SQYD carpet area. No resale value.

@Kalki : Almost all banks have tie up but I heard you have to take personel loan or even company is giving the loan. You can do payment of around 25 perc and the rest 75 perc you can take loan.
Hi Kamal : This project is Valinda, Dhandhuka, Ahmedabad..Some of the plots are of range 2000 sq ft to 5000 sq ft, Almost it's sold out..this project was completed two months before.
