This project was launched 2008 and the launching price was Rs 1,750. The price per sq ft will be Rs 2,100. Banks such as ICICI, SBI, HDFC, but the approvals are still on process.

@Gurmeet : The project is located in PEN City , Mumbai..the distance would be around 2km to the PEN city. The booking charges would be around 10 perc of the total price.

Manhattan is located in PEN City. The Project is located in the most upcoming Area of Navi Mumbai near PEN in MMR Region of Mumbai. Also proposed Reliance SEZ (Special Economic Zone) which is in the process of being set up is 0 km. from our site.

@Gurmeet : currently the plots are available, for 1bhk it is Rs 11.96 lakhs and for 2bhk it is Rs 17.17 lakhs for 1150 sq ft and for 3bhk is Rs 23.20 lakhs for 1405 sq ft. Which one you are planning to buy ?
