@Arvind the project will give possession in 2016 end . The construction is going on full swing.And about approval, the project is approved by DTCP.

Hi Arvind i can inform you about the connectivity of the project. The project is well connected with Dwarka Expressway,NH 8 and IGI Airport. You have HUDA metro station within 15-20 min range and there is also a proposed metro station coming up!

Hi all I want to know how much price are they quoting and do they have payment plans also??? Do i have to pay anything extra??

Hmmm Johnathan the builder is quoting Rs 7500 per sq ft +EDC that is you have to pay registration charges as well as parking charges extra. Yes they have payment plans.. like CLP and Down payment.

Oyster Grande is a project by M2K Infrastructures located in Sector-102, off Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon. The project is good for both the purpose, end use as well as investment. The project is offering 3-4-5 bhk with a size ranges between 1689 - 7283 sq ft.

Hey Ishika thanks dear for the suggestion and information. Basically I am looking for end use.. and my family also liked the project. Am looking for bank loans , do you have any idea about the bank loans.

hmmm Booby ji the project is approved by Axis, SBI,India Bulls,HDFC. You can home loans from them. And secondly i guess if you have a word with the sales person you can manage 80 % home loan.
