Hmm I have gone through the project and i have found out that this is a mix project and the 1 bhk and 2 bhk is fully furnished. Importantly the project offers good amenities like Car lifts and door phone lock! Quite impressive project.

Hi Naveen the project will be completed in 2016 end or so. Till now there is no news about the delay of the project. But it wont be a early possession like you want.

Hmmm Bhawna all leading banks have approved the project and according to my knowledge you will get 80% home loan from the banks for this project!

hi Mr Kher they are offering 1-2 bhks with a sq ft size ranges between 550 sq ft -1150 sq ft . The price they are quoting is Rs 6950 per sq ft +EDC and parking charges!

Hi, Sukhiwinder Prism Portico is a launched project and they launched with a price of RS 5500 per sq ft. If you are looking for investment I will say you will get good investment due to the location and the upcoming metro!
