Pros: I don't think there is any. cons: I can list down: 1 No OC provided after 3 yrs as well(Money taken) 2 No cauvery water(Money taken) 3 Most of the parking is having leakage problem. 4Worst plumbing in entire apartment(one of the example is we get solar water from normal tap. So, most of the time ppl checking water to save their ass to get burned).
builder has not yet completed their old project Hilife whistling winds.I occupied the flat in July 2016 still amenities are not provided.For OC they have not even submitted application.Once you pay the money you cannot expect the builder to pick your call.Tiles,paint,doors,bathroom fittings none of them are of a good quality.I paid hefty amount and struggling to get documents completed.Please do not put your hard-earned money in their new project Hilife nature.Such builders will not respond as they do not have RERA or CREDAI certificate.

They haven't handed over the flat till now and they have cancelled many amentities without consulting with us. If we call them for meetings they will avoid us and we all are totally fed up with these people. Think twice before you go for their project.
Hey Pravathy, What is the name of the project and how can they cancel amenities like that? I think all the owners should form a group and meet the developer.
The project offers special and luxury amenities like cricket pitch and bowling machine, squash court, tennis court, gym, single basketball court, toddlers pool, Indoor games, skating ring, swimming pool,jogging track, fishing pond, landscape, rainwater harvesting, kitty party hall, shopping mart and much more.
The builder has not received CC yet as HAL NOC is pending. As for high rise building HAL NOC is a must, without which CC cannot be given..Presently HAL is not giving NOC to any hirise..Any body aware of this.
Hi Deepak, Yeah I know that HAL has stopped providing NOC certificates to high rise buildings. If they are not getting CC the it means they will also not get OC.

The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments and it has got approval from BBMP. The construction is on schedule and the expected possession date is by 2016 November.
How many apartments will be there per floor and how many floors the project will have? Are they going to provide Occupancy and Commencement Certificate?
There will be 9 apartments per floor and it will have 2 basement + ground+ 11 floors. The builder said that they are going to provide OC and CC for this project.

They are going to launch the project this Dussera and the project will get completed by end of 2016. The unit size ranges from 1170 Sq.ft. to 1570 Sq.ft. The price of the apartment starts from Rs 60 lakhs on wards. There will be one block with 99 apartments.
Yeah they are coming up with a project in Marathahalli but they have not yet revealed the name of the project and the project is still in pre launch. The project will offer 2 bhk apartments and the project is spread over 1.5 acres of land.

Hey Chetan, this project is approved by S B I, L I C, AXIS BANK, H D F C, I CICI, PNB. It is approved by BBMP. The price for 2bhk is around Rs 30 - 33 lakhs for 975 sq feet - 1090 sq feet.
Currently, price is 3400/sqft... They are telling that this project is SBI approved now... Have shared few documents as well... still i am in process of reviewing them.. any one already registered for PEARL SHELL project at varthur ?
