what are the present stamp duty and registration fees for property under mundkars act ?

Q: is it true that if a land is purchased under mundkars act but finalised through a lawyer and not through the mamlatdar and the amount of purchase is less then 50000, then the land registeration fees and stamp duty would be calculated on the current market value of the land and not the amount of purchase?
what documents should be given to us by the bhatkar/lawyer after the puchase is finalised?
