Hi , if the property is appved by BIAPPA than the plot registred in our names should be transfered in BIAPPA register after plot registry done by the builder as well so that the NOC or house tax receipt from BIAPPA is genertaed in our Names. Otherwise how will you build a house on the alloted plot ?Pls correct me if i am wrong.
Hey Prakash, as far as I know the project is known to be approved by BIAPPA and local body does not give Khata for such kind of property. To be on the safer side you can discuss the matter with the builder as well as take help from your legal expert.
To obtain Khata certification you have to submit the letter of requisition together with the latest tax receipts to the Assistant Revenue Officer of the concerned area.
