Latest Answer: In terms of capital gains a plot is always the best choice.Plots in gated communities will be ideal. If going for an apartment make sure that you are buying from good and reputed builders only, as inefficient construction can cause troubles after few years which will increase your maintenance costs.

Latest Answer: As per sources, this project inventory is not yet ready to come to market. Builder is planning to launch this project after some time. Yeah as per the construction work, the possession of project may be around 2018 December.
