Hey Jackie, I reside in Sultan Palaya,RT Nagar. The locality is safe and friendly with plenty of parks and greenery. The area is very much suitable for people living with family but there is huge traffic during the peak time :( :(

RT Nagar has been named after the great Indian poet Rabindra Nath Tagore. It came into existence in the 1970's and is divided into two blocks. The locality is surrounded by areas like Ganga Nagar, Devara Jeevanahalli, Hebbal, Raj Mahal Vilas Extension and Jayamahal. Though the area is little far from the city center but the area enjoys proximity to the airport.

RT Nagar in North Bangalore saw rentals prices appreciate by 25 percent in the third quarter of last year. The real estate market is rapidly growing in RT nagar and multi-storey apartments with 2 and 3BHK units are mostly in demand in this area. So you can expect good rentals from your apartment.

RT Nagar is very well developed locality and is very good for end use or livibility. Good network to airport and Bangalore Central. One of the oldest part of Bangalore. The area doesnt have water issues and all the facilities like school, mall, market, bank and ATM are available in this locality.
