Since these are multi storey towers which may take approx 2 years to complete, alternately you can opt for builders who build just 4 storey with no basic amenities.

Ravi Group is one of the trusted buiders and promotors who have a good reputation as one of the best builders and developers in Mumbai. They have launched several upcoming projects and have succefully completed many residential projects in the city of Mumbai. But do not get carried away by their credentials.

Before buying a property, fully go through the builders credential and reputation. Do not make a hasty decision to book a flat in The Era. Do make proper enquiries with the builder regarding the schedule completion of the project.

Even though they are reputed builders, do not get carried away by their commitments. Kindly go through the brouchers and other documents pertaining to the project and the builders credentials. No builder can create magic overnight in completing the project. Hence every project will take its own sweet time to get completed.

The present price is Rs. 10000 per sqft and will be completed by March 2016. Hi Shilpa,

Please do not get biased reading any Ravi group Complaints. I am a broker by profession and have been in the industry for quite some time now. I know for a fact that the Ravi Group is a well known name and have a good reputation. There are a handful of people who start bad mouthing the builder for delaying the project. Please try to understand the enormity of the project and the relevant time that would be needed to complete it. Any person with rationale thinking would know that projects need their time to get complete and no overnight magic can happen. With all rules and regulations and an eye on quality, it takes years for a building to complete. Anyone who cannot wait for the natural time should go for builders who make 5-6 storeyed buildings with no amenities.
