Q: After having purchased a 3 BHK flat with covered car park, at the time of allotment of parking spaces, I have been given uncovered car park. No one is addressing the complaint from Vaishnavi. Hopeless service after charging exorbitant rate for car-parking. Very much disappointed.
You should have spoken to the builder about every aspect of the flat including car parking before booking the flat. Ask the builder specifically why the alloted car parking is not been alloted in your name inspite of paying such huge amount towards car parking. If the builder has failed to provide the car parking slot, then try to take back the money which you have paid to builder for parking slot.
