May I know about the connectivity and banks providing loans for this project. If I book a flat here, can I expect an appreciation when I want to sell it in the future. Your suggestion would be highly appreciated?

The apartments are located in Singhgad road on Mumbai-Pune bypass road which is well connected to other places like Vadgaon, Swargate quite easily. The area where the apartment is located is approx 14 kms from Pune railway station and about 23 kms from Pune airport. The project has been approved by SBI, ICICI and HDFC for providing loan facilities. One can expect a good returns in future as the region is emerging as one of the fast growing localities. Indeed the appreciation value will be high say about in 3-4 years.

Even I am planning to book a property in this project. What are the amenities provided and what is the cost of the flats??. Is the project is being approved by concerned department?

Mittal Sun Universe offers some of the best in class amenities for the residents like swimming pool, wifi connection, 24hrs power back up, all round security with CCTV, intercom, community hall, club house and lots of other features. The rate for 1 BHK range from 33,65,000 where as it costs Rs. 76,96,000 for 3 BHK's. Yes the project has been approved by Pune Municipal Corporation.

Mittal Sun Universe is situated on Sinhagad road which consists of 1,2 and 3 BHK flats varying from 647 sqft to 1480 sqft. The project is very near to Singhad Institute and Ashok Leyland plant on Mumbai-Pune Bypass road.
