May I know about the connectivity and banks providing loans for this project. If I book a flat here, can I expect an appreciation when I want to sell it in the future. Your suggestion would be highly appreciated?

The area where the apartment is located is approx 14 kms from Pune railway station and about 23 kms from Pune airport. The project has been approved by SBI, ICICI and HDFC for providing loan facilities. One can expect a good returns in future as the region is emerging as one of the fast growing localities. Indeed the appreciation value will be high say about in 3-4 years.
