Plz crosscheck the following documents like Title deed, commencement certificate issued by Muncipal corporation. The builder should have Layout Regularisation Scheme which has to be obtained from HMDA. If the builder has not applied for the same, then the individuals have to apply in concerned zonal office of HMDA with required fees which can be paid through DD.
