Guys i had a word with the broker also... he said the project is good for rental purpose too! I feel if the project is ready to move in then take the unit and keep for rental purpose!

Hi the project will be delivered by 2013 dec . So i guess the project is almost ready for possession. This project is good for end use purpose not investment!

People any idea which are the banks that have approved the project??? Bcaz I will be going for 4 bhk and I am looking for end use purpose!

Sure Krishna the banks that have approved the loan are HDFC and Axis,, and all.. I guess you will get atleast 75% home loan . So do not worry about the loan part!

Hi guys I am looking for end use purpose, can you tell me how many BHKs they are offering and also how much price they are quoting ?

Hmm they are offering 3 and 4 bhks.The size they are offering is 2150 sq.ft to 2935 sq.ft. The BSP they have kept as Rs. 6800 per sq ft. Club membership and parking you have to pay additionally!
