People, especially from the economically weaker section of the society, who failed to arrange the additional funds to buy BDA flats, seek for cancellation of their allotment. In addition to it, property consultants also confirm that lack of common amenities like cauvery water and electricity also played a key role in the cancellation of the allotments.

What is the reason that the allottees have canceled their booking?
Omar Khureshi

People seeking cancellation for their allotment generally come up with two primary reasons- elevated cost of the house or poor quality of construction. Such sites where allottees have cancelled their allotment include Malagala in Nagarbhavi, Thippasandra and Kothnur in Anjanapura, Kanaminike on Mysore Road, Alur on Tumkur Road, Halagevaderahalli in Rajarajeshwari Nagar and J P Nagar 9th phase
