Hi Abhishek, According to me, all credit goes to connectivity of New Gurgaon. Yes definitely , by the help of NH-8, Southern peripheral road & Northern peripheral road, New Gurgaon is connected with NCR & Gurgaon. Well as per me, New gurgaon is a fully developed city , having social infrastructure & well planned physical infrastructure in its vicinity. This is another factor drawing many attention of buyers & investors.
If you will ask why new gurgaon is showing improvement on residential housing development? Then my answer will be - Connectivity. This area is well connected with NH_8, Dwarka -Gurgaon Expressway & Kundli-Manesar-Palwa expressway . These major 3high ways made this area a hot spot destination for investors.
In my point of view, only connectivity is not a key factor here for this location. The human resources (worker/labour) of Gurgaon as well as Manesar are watching at newly developing sectors , due to possibility of affordable price home. New Gurgaon is becoming a most desirable residential decent location amid purchasers. This new gurgaon is located nearby malls, hospitals, school & banks.

I heard from news the same. New Gurgaon is strategically located between Old Gurgaon & Maneswar. New gurgaon includes of newly developed & developing sectors. In last couple of months , this area has experienced numerous developments in real estate field as many developers have launched their residential projects.
I think sector 35 gurgaon is the best location for property investment and most of the people has invested in the location. In fact, you can invest with Vigneshwara Developers also, they are offering 12% assured return for 5 years of your investment. A good deal for you.................
Yes area is not safe because a lot of construction is going on .. hence for end users it will be tough for them to and stay. Although maximum projects are giving possession after 2015. Hopefully till that time the areas and sectors will get infrastructural developed. Some of the residential projects that are launched in New Gurgaon are Godrej Frontier on NH-8, which provides about 500 3/4BHK residences ; Unitech Karma Lakelands in Sector 80, by Unitech Limited, featuring 4BHK apartments ; DLF Select Homes by DLF Group in Sector 90, which features 4BHK apartments ; Sree Vardhman Flora by Shree Vardhman Promoters & Developers, featuring 2/3 and 4 BHK apartments. ; The Grand by Sare Homes, featuring residential apartments and Parkwood westend by Parkwood Group, in Sector 92 featuring 2/3 and 4 BHK apartments. Brief me about the projects and the sizes they are offering , i know the area is costly one and has almost high end project.. my budget is Rs 2 Cr….I know the area is an investment sector.. but I feel for end use they should have hospitals,the area is not safe enough I heard!!

Dwarka Expressway and the Northern Peripheral Region stretch in Gurgaon link Gurgaon, Delhi and Dwarka, and provide easy accessibility to places in an around the city. The area is huge and for investment Sectors like 80, 81, 82, 84, 85, 86, 87, 89A, 90, 91, 92, 93, and 95 are some of the localities which have been will give you good returns . I have followed the record and these sectors has witnessed rapid advancement in the recent years. You know good builders like Godrej Properties, DLF Ltd, Raheja Developers, Alpha G Corp, ATS Group, Assotech Ltd., Vatika Group, Supertech Ltd., Bestech, Ansal API, Orris Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. etc. have come up with state-of-the-art projects in these localities, which offer luxurious residential and commercial facilities.
I have alway heard the New Gurgaon’s real estate market have come up due to the connectivity of the place . See I am an new investor in the market. I have transport business also. So I am looking for details of connectivity of the place.
