Q: Huda is planning to construct a Peripheral Road on the suburbs of Gurgaon to make smooth flow of traffic from Delhi to the industrial area of Manesar.
Latest Answer: Good evening friends!!!! There will be a gap of 2.5 km between the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) and GSPR. The construction of this road will benefit the areas developing under the Gurgaon extension plan. The SPR originates from Gurgaon-Faridabad Road near Ghata and meets NH-8 near Kherki Daula, and is proposed to be connected to the NPR via a central peripheral road, all of which is expected to give comfort NH-8 traffic.

Yes definitely , by the help of NH-8, Southern peripheral road & Northern peripheral road, New Gurgaon is connected with NCR & Gurgaon. Well as per me, New gurgaon is a fully developed city , having social infrastructure & well planned physical infrastructure in its vicinity. This is another factor drawing many attention of buyers & investors.

Latest Answer: Hi Ms Seekha , about the price trend, the area came into existence in 2009, that time it was village and hardly any builder was ready to to invest in this area. After the Manesar Tech Park was introduced the builders showed interest in the area. In April-June 2010 the price took a jump from Rs 2500 per sq ft to Rs 3800 per sq ft. In 2011 Jan- March it took a went to Rs 4200 per sq ft, but came down to Rs 3500 per sq ft in April-June 2011. Shockingly within 1 year the price again went up to Rs 5200 per sq ft and till last Sep 2013. and the price right now is Rs 4300 per sq ft.
