Oh yes definately, you will get good resale value if you want to sell in future as the locality is emerging as one of the hot property destination close to Expressway. Since the city is getting a saturating level, buying a property in Urban Forest is not a bad idea at all. Though at present it may look isolated and barren, but in coming years it is surely going to one of the happening localities in outskirts of Pune.
Yeah same was the case with places like Wakad and Pashan some years back. Look at these places now. The real estate has shown an upward trend in these places. So same will be the case with Urban Forest located in Mamurdi. Anyways will take some time for developments to happen.

The project is being launched in 2013 and schedule to get completed by Aug 2014. Checked with the builder about project approval and he said that all necessary approval has been taken from PMC. The loans are arranged by all major banks and financial institutions.

Urban Forest consists of 2 & 3 BHK's. The area for 2 BHK is 925 sqft and it costs Rs.40 lakhs whereas the 3 BHK's comes in 1240 sqft and they are charging Rs. 50 lakhs.
Just checked with the builder that Urban Forest is one of the ongoing projects undertaken by Rainbow Housing located at Mamurdi close to Pune Expressway.
