Both are good if you can wait for 1 -2 more year then BPTP Astaire Garden is much much better deal.

the possession of emerald floors Jemma and ivory is expected from 2014 second half, cost 1.05 to 1.45
whereas in ansal and BPTP not before 2015
Im not sure about the built quality as well as maintenance in ansals, not good in previous projects

Hi Sir, I can give a information about the prices of the three project . Then you compare the price and opt for it!
Rs. 7750 - BPTP Astaire Gardens
Rs. 8500 -Ansals Esencia
Rs. 8000-Emaar MGF Emerald Floors

All are BSP prices and you have to pay extra for parking and maintenance.
Jashan

Hi Jashan, Has there been any price increase in these projects???

Dude , I would go for Emerald Floors, they are offering exclusive independent low-rise luxury homes at Emerald Hills. The project is well located with Golf Course Extension Road,Faridabad Road,Sohna Road. Hence for investment purpose I would go for this.
Karthik

Why Kartik, what is bad about BPTP I heard thats a very good project and has good name in real estate market???

True Sarthi I would also vote for Astaire Gardens is a luxurious township in Gurgaon that enjoys excellent connectivity through NH-8, Sohna Road and the Golf Course Extension Road. They have a decent price and good for end use and investment!

I agree with Kartik, BPTP is a good builder no doubt but there are delay in many of their projects. So for investment might it is apt but not good for end use...
