As per me, the construction work of this project is on full swing. It is expected that project possession will be around 2016 March. Currently resale price of this project is around 4700/sq-ft for 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK apartments. This is a Noida Development Authority approved project . This is a very unique eco friendly project by Amrapali builder in a posh area.
Is this 4700/sq-ft price ,including or excluding other charges. And i came to know this is a lease hold property so commercial activity are not allowed !!! Is it true? Why so?
Hi Mr Javes, Well , Amrapali Heartbeat project is a fully authorized lease hold property. that means for 99years the property will be in your name. It is not like in the mean while govt or any authority will take it from you. But the plus point of this facility is as the land is allocated by Noida Development Authority , only for residential purpose, so you are not allowed to do any kind of commercial activity in this project.

As per my knowledge, Sector-107 is a very good location. It is just 5 minutes drive for city center metro station and sector 50. This project is located in Sector-107, Noida which is one of the prime residential location with decent environment. this project will offer you 2 BHK, 3 BHK & 4 BHK apartments , area ranging from 1195 sq-ft to 3235 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 5500/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around December 2014.
Hi Shilpa, According to me, this is a Noida Development Authority approved project. Banks approving loan are Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, LIC HFL, State Bank Of India, DHFL & Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd.
Hi Kasturi, As per my recent discussion with builder, I came to know private banks like HDFC, ICICI & HDFC banks are currently not funding this project, due to some payment issue with builder side. But government banks like State Bank of Travancore, Canara banks, Corporation bank, punjab National Bank & Union Banks are approving loan to this project.
Major Issues have come up after the order of the High Court regarding all the projects in sector 107 .Land Acquisition has been squashed and builders been told to return the land back to the Farmers.I visited the site office recently,no construction happening,entire staff mum about this serious issue.Extremely Worried!!!

Hi Mr Kapoor there is a constant confusion going on regarding this project!Hardly any broker or sales exectuive are giving concrete answers. I have called in 5 numbers and they said call after 5 min or half and hour or so... It is very tough to get the ans from. Although i asked a broker he said most of the tower will come in Jan, 2014. Current focus is to complete structure work (Brick, Plaster etc.) on Phase-1. There were some management and labour issues which delayed the construction.
