That would be good :) Can you tell me about amenities offered in this project ? And which all banks have approvals for home loans ? Are they giving any discounts or negotiation..for this project ?

Project has amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom, Club House, Wifi, Broadband Internet, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Basket Ball Court, Temple, Electricity Backup etc. Home Loans providers include Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India, DHFL, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd etc . Currently no discounts are given in this project.

• The Project is located in Sector-107.

• Nearest Hospital Apollo Hospital.

• Eight minutes from DND Flyover.

• Project has Sector 18 near by.

• 20 minutes from famous Nehru Place and very close to Amrapali Sapphire.

Thanks Gurmeet: When can I expect possession date ? What was the lauching price ? Which all units are available currently ? How is the approachability of the project ?

The expected possession date will be by December 2014. The launching price was around Rs 3,050. Currently 2bhk and 3bhk are available.

Helllo Javed , Heart Beat City is located in Sector-107, Noida. Project has DND Flyover, in close distance. Project has Sector 18, within close distance. So I think if you are planning for investment, it would be a good option.

@Javed Miya: The price per sq ft would be around Rs 5,500. The area is around 1195 sq ft for 2 bhk , for 3bhk it is around 1350-2125 sq ft and for 4bhk the area is around 2825-3235.
