@Arun the price they are quoting is Rs 6900 per sq ft as their BSP . You have to pay for parking and maintenance also. But can anyone tell me about the connectivity of the project?

Hi, Seekha I have enquired about this project; they are offering 3 bhks only with 1450-1536 sq ft. Yes the price they are quoting is quite better and than rest of the projects in that belt. Although i find its a bit costly!

@meenakshi the project first phase can be used for rental purpose because i think they are done with the construction. Whereas the project's phase two will give possession give possession in 2014 jul.
