This is one of the best projects on Dwarka expressway as far as the pace of construction is concerned. They have completed 13 floors out of a total of 14 planned in Towers A, B & C which are facing the main 60 metres road. The possession may be in 2016 but I expect it to be earlier say, 2015 end. At the prevailing price, there is nothing available in this area and with all hurdles for Dwarka expressway now clear (14 km completed out of 18 Km planned), there is every possibility to have at last 30-40 % appreciation in next 1-2 years. For end users and for investors with an apetite to hold on for 2 years- a must buy.........

Hi Mr Kumar as per my idea,the project is approved by all leading banks. As an investor this is a good idea and good choice of project. In banks you can take home loan for about 40 percentage .

Hey Mr Kumar about the location I can give you some idea.The project is close to Dwarka Expressway and IGI Airport.You have more than 3 to 4 projects with 4 kms of this project. There are few commercial projects thats coming up near by!

Sure Nilufar the price they are quoting is Rs. 5500 per sq ft . This is the BSP for 2,3,4 BHKs with a size ranges between 1250 - 1300 sq.ft to 2600 sq.ft.For rental purpose you can give it after 4 years or so.. because the areas needs to get developed.

Actuallu Nifular the construction of the project is going on full swing. Hence there are no chances for delay. The sales executive has confirmed that the possession of the project will be in 2016. You can tale a grace period of six months, which will be end of that year.
